Inspire L.I.F.E. Community is a personal growth and intentional living membership program operated by Inspire Consulting, based in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Our mission is to empower individuals to live with intention, lead with energy, and leave a meaningful legacy.
These Terms of Service explain the conditions for accessing our website, participating in our membership community, purchasing services, and receiving communications from Inspire Consulting.
By purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Inspire L.I.F.E. Community is an ongoing personal growth membership designed to provide inspiration, education, encouragement, and meaningful connection.
Membership benefits may include:
Monthly live Vision & Intention Setting workshops
Monthly personal growth masterclasses
Weekly inspirational podcasts and newsletters
Access to selected educational resources and recordings
Participation in a private online community
Weekly motivational content and reflection exercises
Additional resources, events, or activities offered at our discretion
Specific benefits may change as the community evolves.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to membership benefits.
Inspire L.I.F.E. Community membership is currently offered at $40 per month.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method until your subscription is canceled.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or PayPal.
Your payment method will generally be charged on a recurring monthly basis according to the billing schedule presented during checkout.
Membership fees and applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
If a recurring payment fails, membership access may be temporarily interrupted until the payment issue is resolved.
Inspire L.I.F.E. Community generally opens enrollment to new members during designated enrollment periods, typically in May and November.
Enrollment dates and availability will be announced through our website and official communications.
Once enrolled, members may maintain their membership beyond the enrollment window as long as their subscription remains active and payments are current.
Members may request cancellation of their Inspire L.I.F.E. Community membership at any time.

Cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the cancellation instructions provided during enrollment.
When a membership is canceled, the member will retain access to Inspire L.I.F.E. Community until the end of the current paid billing period.
After that period, access to membership-only resources, workshops, recordings, and the private community will end.
No additional recurring membership charges will be made after cancellation becomes effective, except for amounts already owed or otherwise permitted by law.
Membership payments are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Inspire Consulting.
Members who cancel their subscriptions will retain access through the end of the paid billing period rather than receiving a prorated refund.

Inspire L.I.F.E. Community is intended to be a welcoming, encouraging, and respectful environment.
Members agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect.
Honor differing experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
Participate in discussions constructively.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior.
Refrain from sharing another member's personal information without permission.
Avoid unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or promotion within the community.
Inspire Consulting reserves the right to moderate discussions and address conduct that undermines the safety or integrity of the community.
Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of membership, subject to applicable law.
Our workshops, masterclasses, coaching discussions, podcasts, and other materials are intended for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes.
They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Participants are responsible for making decisions appropriate to their individual circumstances.
Personal growth experiences and results vary. Inspire Consulting does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, or emotional outcome.
Unless otherwise stated, the materials provided through Inspire L.I.F.E. Community are owned by Inspire Consulting or used with appropriate permission.
These materials may include:

Workshop recordings
Masterclass materials
Written exercises
Podcasts
Videos
Training materials
Digital downloads
Logos and branded content
Membership grants you a limited, personal, noncommercial right to access and use these materials while your membership is active, subject to any additional permissions provided.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or share membership-only materials without prior written permission from Inspire Consulting.
We respect the privacy of our members and encourage all participants to do the same.
Members may share personal experiences during workshops, discussions, and community activities.
Participants agree not to disclose another member's personal stories or identifying information outside the community without permission.
While we encourage confidentiality, Inspire Consulting cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain it.
Personal information collected through our website and services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Members may receive essential communications related to their accounts, payments, membership access, and scheduled activities.
We may also offer optional promotional email and text communications.
Marketing text messages will be sent only when appropriate consent has been obtained.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to purchase a membership.
Inspire L.I.F.E. Community may use third-party platforms to deliver membership services, including:

Stripe and PayPal for payment processing
Zoom for virtual workshops and masterclasses
Online community and video-hosting platforms
Email and messaging services
Members are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and compatible devices.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access, occasional technical interruptions may occur.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Inspire Consulting may update, improve, or modify membership content, schedules, resources, or delivery methods.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect the membership experience.
If significant changes are made to pricing or recurring billing terms, we will provide any notices or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inspire Consulting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in membership activities or use of educational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our business practices, services, or legal requirements.
