I am blessed beyond measure to be living my purpose by using my wisdom and twenty-plus years of coaching and facilitation experience to inspire and empower myself and others to consciously and intentionally create energy-rich and joy-filled lives. I was born and raised in Alaska and live in Fairbanks with my husband and our four kids.

It has been a dream of mine for over ten years to create this community membership to share the wisdom and knowledge that has been passed on to me while providing a space for like-inspired people to empower and encourage one another to realize their dream-life. It is an absolute honor to walk hand-in-hand with our members on this extraordinary journey.
